I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all you have done to assist us in bringing a concept to a reality. We were looking for a methodology to improve our data trending for our agency. Your product, Ambutrax, is just what we were looking for.
Lee County Emergency Medical Services, located in Fort Myers, Florida, responded to 78,102 in 2010, and covers an area of approximately 1,000 square miles. We utilize ePCR technology. Upon review of our ePCR data collection, a primary improvement goal of our organizational was to enhance our quality assurance/quality improvement through data trending and reporting. Following discussions with other EMS providers of similar size, we selected Epigate Software (Ambutrax) to help facilitate our Q/A-CQI goals.
We are currently in phase one of the project which involves installation and report configuration. The technical support staff from Epigate software has been extremely helpful in developing a customized product for our organization. The Lee County ITG/Server Team and the Epigate Software Technician successfully linked Ambutrax and our current ePCR technology. This interconnectivity of technology will facilitate an enhancement of our data trending and reporting capacity.

We have used AmbuTrax for over a year. The system has greatly helped us to modernize and improve efficiency of our service. We use the reporting features to assure that limited resources are available where they do the most good. Additionally, the Quality Assurance and Training modules are unequaled.
EpiGate Software has been exceptionally helpful in getting our system on line even in instances where the network system problems were clearly our own.

Great program to track employee benefit time and see patterns in use of that benefit time. able to maintain employee records as far as contact info and track employee movement thru promotional process
none to date that I have found
Great tool for any administrator that has a large number of employees to track and keep records for.

Great software and service. We have been using it since 2004 without any problems and it has saved us many hours compared to the way we did paperwork before getting Ambutrax. We also been utilizing Ambutrax in our communication center for the last 4 years, and we are very pleased with how it functions there also.
